As a kid Blaine rode the tram up to Ober. The guide said that the Dunkin Donuts Owner had the house on the left. He thought to himself, “one day I want a house on that hill”. The dream never faded and in 2009 he bought his first 4 cabins.

Occupational Therapist Advisor
Hannah Newlon is an Occupational Therapist traveling the country to work with the elderly and people with disabilities. She challenged her dad to create a mountain house for people with any disability, and she wanted no ramps. The first house was opened in April of 2019 and the 2nd should be available by late 2019.
